About the Event

In this meditation session, the teacher will guide you through a simple mindfulness practice. You will use focused attention to arrive in the present, observing experience and nurturing awareness. Moment-by-moment, you will explore a mindful way of being that promotes easefulness, self-compassion, and resiliency.

All online classes at include:

  • an invitation to join us live via Zoom, by phone or through your computer;
  • a link to watch the class later, sent to you the following morning (PT);
  • an opportunity to ask the teacher questions live during class.

Join us when class begins, or access the recording of the class later - whatever works for your schedule.
