About the Event

The single most important attribute to becoming successful is self-discipline.   It helps you stay focused on what really matters to YOU.

It is like exercising a muscle that develops the more you use it.

When I decided to take control over my life, I became accountable, eliminated all excuses and developed powerful habits like self-discipline, a new world opened up - I started exercising consistently for 21 years now, meditating, I quit smoking, ran three marathons and countless of other races, I started and manage a website, I wrote books and journals, I went to graduate school and earned a doctoral degree, read every day and wake up earlier, downsized my life and transformed my finances and relationship with other people.  

Self-discipline allows me live an intentional, meaningful life and stay focused on what really matter and brings me joy.

Life is a journey so there is no perfection.  I am learning and getting better every day.  There are also no failures but lessons for growth and improvment, which allows me to try new things and learn every day.

The negative side is that if you don’t develop self-discipline, it causes problems and regrets: health problems, distraction, procrastination, financial problems, stress, anxiety, clutter, things piling up and overwhelming you, debt, toxic relatiosnhips, not living your "own" life and much more.  

So it’s such an important skill to develop, but many people don’t know where to start or they need guidance. 

This live training is aimed at supporting both these objectives and is for anyone interested to build this superpower and use it to achieve their goals.  

Yes, I believe anyone can learn to become self-disciplined and take control over their life. I did it and many others did it too.  We know it can be done and that's all we need to know. 

You’ll learn how to find your motivation, plan goals, take small intentional actions and specific practices and strategies to develop and use self-discipline on a daily basis.
