MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE
We do not have choices about our genes, the size of shoes we wear, but we definitely have choices that affect our opportunities and other people’s lives.
We just started a new year – Happy New Year!
What choices will you make this year that will make your life better than last year?
What areas of your life need improvement?
And, how are you going to do that? Do you have a plan?
Without an effective planning process in place, it is impossible to live a great life and make the impact you want.
I have a great life and it’s getting better each year- It’s been a lot of hard work, taking chances, making choices and a lot of PLANNING. Yes, I am a planner. I live my life with intention. I do not leave it to chance. Instead, I take control of my life because if not, someone else will.
So, do you want a great (better) 2017?
These tips should take you in the right direction:
- Plan your day, month, year and be flexible to adjust as you move on. Be decisive and agree once and for all that planning is imperative to your success
- Find out what is important to you and plan around it. Too much time at the office will create an imbalance at home and vice versa.
- Start the day focusing on the MIT – most important things and ROI- return on investment. Embrace and practice successful habits that will keep you focused and energized. Ask the question – what is the MIT and ROI of the day? You want value for your time so, you need to know how and where you spend it.
- Be kind to yourself. Celebrate small achievements. Learn from mistakes. Adjust your plan and keep on moving forward.
Let’s have a GREAT 2017!
