Let's build the habit of exercising - running/walking into your life with this FREE 4-week walk/run challenge. This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency youโll be able to maintain long after the 4 weeks are up. Before you start, if you're new to running, it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit! There's no competition here. You'll be your own completion- better than yesterday.
